ScopeLock is a documentation and approval workflow. It is not legal advice, an authoritative pricing service, automated contract enforcement, or a guarantee of payment.

Using ScopeLock

You must be legally able to use the service, provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use ScopeLock only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for obtaining any required permission before recording audio, taking photos, or entering another person’s information.

Your records and responsibilities

You control the business content you submit and remain responsible for the accuracy of scope, price, tax, markup, schedule impact, recipient, and final approval request. You must review generated or transcribed content before sending it.

Approvals and signatures

ScopeLock can record approval events and electronic acceptance, but laws and contract requirements vary. You are responsible for deciding whether the workflow is suitable for a particular project and for obtaining professional advice when needed.

AI assistance

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. It is provided as an editable draft and must not be treated as legal, financial, safety, code-compliance, engineering, or pricing advice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse approval links; upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content; interfere with security; access another workspace without permission; or use the service to violate privacy, recording-consent, consumer-protection, or other applicable laws.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product develops. We may restrict access to protect users, recipients, the service, or legal compliance.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, ScopeLock is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. We are not responsible for a user’s pricing, workmanship, project decisions, contractual obligations, customer disputes, or reliance on generated content.
